Tickle

I dig between my toes,
Where my grandfather used to tickle.
I bury all my woes
In the same grooves since I was little.

I rip at nail corners
With stress and tales I hear from my sister.
They barely knew each other –
Instead, I do my best to assist her.

I share a poem a day and it terrifies me.
